Description
Closed deck sleeving, performed on your core. We press in new cylinder sleeves and close the deck so the cylinders are supported at the top — the change that lets a Honda block hold serious boost and cylinder pressure without walking or cracking.
Machining options are priced individually, so you only pay for the work your build needs:
- Cylinder bore — bore the new sleeves to your piston size.
- Finish hone — final hone to your ring package.
- CNC machined O-ring — O-ring groove cut into the deck for head sealing on high-boost builds.
This is machine work carried out on your block — a core is required and is not included in the price. Cores must be returned within 30 days of the invoice paid date. Not sure whether you need closed or open deck? Send us your power target and we will tell you.

Returns must be approved before shipping, made within 30 days in original condition, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns on used parts, electronics or special orders.
